GeoCaching – Activity week 2

This week we are making a purpose with talking a walk. Geocaching is a method to explore new places. Geocaching is an outdoor recreational activity in which participants use a GPS device or other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers, called “geocaches” or “caches,” at specific locations marked by coordinates all over the world. The geocaches can range in size from small film canisters or plastic containers to large Tupperware containers or even ammunition boxes. They typically contain a logbook where geocachers can record their visit, and sometimes also small trinkets or other items that can be traded. Geocachers often use the geocaching website or app to find the coordinates of geocaches and to record their finds.

Geocaching is a fun way to explore new areas and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Once you arrive at the location, you will need to use your problem-solving skills and any clues provided to locate the cache. Once you have found the cache, you can sign the logbook and trade any items that you might have with items inside the cache. It is important to remember to leave the cache in the same condition that you found it, so that other geocachers can enjoy the experience as well.
